What is the refund policy?
We understand that for some certain reasons our students may need to change or cancel lessons from time to time. We therefore wish for our refund policy to be understanding towards our students. We do not wish to tie students down with contracts or make them jump through hoops to get refunds so we believe we have a very fair refund policy in place. With regards to the regular Japanese language class you can see the refund policy below based on the monthly fee paid for 4 one-hour lessons.
With regards to the monthly intensive Japanese language course, you can see the cancellation charges applicable in the table below:
* Charges regarding refunds will be deducted from the course fee.
